Key expert 1: Team Leader – Agronomic Expert

• Qualifications and skills:  
  • Master's Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Rural Economy Engineering or similar; 

• General Professional Requirements:
  • 12 years of experience in the implementation of agricultural development programs/projects in Western Africa;
  • Experience in facilitating multi-actor workshops;
•  Specific Professional Requirements:
  • 3 experiences of service in formulation, implementation and/or evaluation of projects regarding the distribution of agricultural inputs;
  • In-depth knowldege of the rural development sector, justified by at least 3 experiences of service in a country of Western Africa in the field of agricultural input subsidies;

Key expert 2: Jurist

• Qualifications and skills:  
  • Master's Degree in Law or Rural Development Legislation;

• General Professional Requirements:
  • 6 years experience in the field of rural development;
• Specific Professional Requirements:
  • 2 experiences of service in the implementation and/or evaluation of reform processes in the field of rural/agricultural development;
  • 2 experiences of service in Western Africa for the formulation/facilitation of multi-actor workshops;
  • Knowledge of rural development policies of Senegal, justified by at least 2 recent missions carried out in the last 5 years;

Key expert 3: Rural Development Sociologist

• Qualifications and skills:  
  • Master's Degree in Sociologyof Rural Development; 

• General Professional Requirements:
  • 12 years experience in the field of rural sociology;
• Specific Professional Requirements:
  • 3 experiences of service in the reform processes;
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural sub-sectors in Senegal, justified by 3 recent missions in Western Africa carried out in the last 5 years;
