Key expert 1: Team Leader
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in political or social sciences or economics;
- Full computer literacy
- General Professional Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in cooperation programmes
- Experience in the European Neighbourhood countries
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- Experience in the formulation and / or implementation of programs in the field of culture, youth, animation or any other relevant sectors.
- Experience in managing and / or evaluating at least two programs;
- Experience as a Team Leader in at least two field missions concerning the evaluation / monitoring / or technical cooperation programs.
Key expert 2: Cultural Expert
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in political or social sciences or economics;
- Full computer literacy
- General Professional Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in the field of cultural animation, cultural project management, socio-cultural animation, networking or formulation of cultural projects
- Experience in the European Neighbourhood countries
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in formulating, coaching, evaluating, monitoring of projects related to the field of cultural animation
Key expert 3: Youth Expert
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in political or social sciences or economics;
- Full computer literacy
- General Professional Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in the field of animation, participation, citizenship, youth/sport.
- Experience in the European Neighbourhood countries
- Specific Professional Requirements:
2 years of experience in the formulating, coaching, evaluating, monitoring of projects related to citizenship, participation, youth or sport.
