Hydea has been actively participating in the implementation of international cooperation programmes since 2003. We provide services and carry out activities both on project and programme levels.

In several projects we have contributed to the achievement of project objectives as a member of partnership (projects implemented in Interreg IIIB CADSES and Leonardo da Vinci programmes).

HYDEA/AESA as consortium leader carried out on-the-spot checks from the professional and financial point of view related to projects funded by Interreg IIIA programmes in the period of 2006-2008.  

On behalf of Directorate General for Audit of European Funds we have been providing second level audits of international cooperation programmes since 2011. Currently, the audit of five international cooperation programmes are carried out in 17 countries.

Furthermore, we were involved in the ex-ante evaluation of the Danube Transnational Cooperation Programme and the Hungary - Slovakia - Romania - Ukraine ENI Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020.
