Since 1996, Hydea Consulting (later AESA Hungary) has always been internationally oriented.

It is deeply involved in the Framework Contracts with the European Commission for the following Lots:

• LOT 1 Beneficiaries (Sustainable Management of Natural Resources and Resilience),
• LOT 4 Beneficiaries (Human Development and Safety Net).

 It is also actively involved in the following fields of activities:

• Drafting Terms of References
• Feasibility studies and business plans
• Project management
• Monitoring and Evaluation of projects and Programmes

AESA Hungary successfully provides the above-mentioned services in Central and Eastern European and Balkan countries, in the ACP region and in Asia.

AESA Hungary is also providing expert identification, recruitment, and project management support services for selected companies in different countries and fields, including Transport and Infrastructure, Culture, Governance, and Home Affairs.
