Key expert 1: Team Leader – Senior Expert in Environment
- Qualifications and skills:
o Master's Degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law or equivalent
- General Professional Requirements:
o Minimum 12 years as public official or advisor or consultant in the Environmental sector in the EU.
- Specific Professional Requirements:
o Minimum 4 years as international consultant on EU approximation in Enlargement or Eastern Partnership countries.
o At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an EU-funded project in the Environmental sector
Key expert 2: Deputy Team Leader – Senior Expert in Environmental Liability
- Qualifications and skills:
o Master's Degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law or equivalent
- General Professional Requirements:
o Minimum 12 years as public official or advisor or consultant in the Environmental sector in the EU.
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Environmental Liability
- At least 2 years of experience as a consultant on EU approximation in Enlargement or Eastern Partnership countries.
Senior Non-key expert:
- Qualifications and skills:
o Master's Degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law or equivalent
- General Professional Requirements:
o Minimum 12 years as public official or advisor or consultant in the Environmental sector in the EU.
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marine Environment/ Air Quality/ Nature Protection
- At least 2 years of experience as a consultant on EU approximation in Enlargement or Eastern Partnership countries.
Non-key expert:
- Qualifications and skills:
o Master's Degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law or equivalent
- General Professional Requirements:
o Minimum 6 years as public official or advisor or consultant in the Environmental sector in the EU.
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marine Environment/ Air Quality/ Nature Protection
- At least 1 year of experience as a consultant on EU approximation in Enlargement or Eastern Partnership countries.
