Team Composition:
Key expert 1: Team Leader – Expert in rural development
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Agronomy;
- General Professional Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in identification/evaluation of programs, preparation of detailed project design / feasibility studies of projects and/or project management;
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in cooperation/development programmes and EU procedures;
- Evaluation experience in sectoral strategies;
- Experience in analyzing agro-export sectors and functioning of agricultural organizations;
- Knowledge of the sugar industry;
- Management and coordination of rural development programs or projects.
Key expert 2: Expert in Sociology
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in Sociology;
- General Professional Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in identification/evaluation of programs, preparation of detailed project design / feasibility studies of projects and/or project management;
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in cooperation/development programmes and EU procedures;
- Evaluation experience in sectoral strategies;
- Experience in analyzing agro-export sectors and functioning of agricultural organizations;
- Knowledge of the sugar industry;
- Management and coordination of rural development programs or projects.
Key expert 3: Environmentalist Expert
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in Environment studies or related;
- General Professional Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in identification/evaluation of programs, preparation of detailed project design / feasibility studies of projects and/or project management;
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in cooperation/development programmes and EU procedures;
- Evaluation experience in sectoral strategies;
- Experience in analyzing agro-export sectors and functioning of agricultural organizations;
- Knowledge of the sugar industry;
- Management and coordination of rural development programs or projects.
