Key expert 1: Team Leader – Expert in Sustainable Natural Resource Management (gas and oil sector)
- Qualifications and skills:
- Master's Degree in Political Science, Administration, Environmental analysis, Economics and Social sciences;
- Full computer literacy, excellent communication, skills, both oral and written;
- Facilitation capacities to work effectively with government counterparts in complex environments and coordinate constructively with stakeholders, including Ministries and public authorities, donors as well as representatives from the civil society;
- General Professional Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in Sustainable Natural Resource Management, in particular blue economy, offshore gas and oil;
- 12 years of experience in Sustainable Natural Resource Management, in particular blue economy, offshore gas and oil;
- Specific Professional Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in identification, assessment, design, evaluation and/or monitoring of projects, specifically in the field of oil and gas, public administration, policy and planning;
- A demonstrated professional experience in EU-funded projects
